This Royalty-Free Music License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Madlody (“Licensor”) and the Licensee (the purchaser or downloader of the licensed music). By downloading or purchasing any music from Madlody.com, the Licensee agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Grant of License
Madlody grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the licensed music in accordance with this agreement.
2. Permitted Uses
The Licensee may use the licensed music for the following purposes:
Personal & Commercial Use – Videos, podcasts, advertisements, websites, social media, etc.
YouTube & Social Media – Background music for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Streaming & Podcasts – Music in monetized streams or podcast episodes.
Film & Video Production – Use in films, documentaries, or corporate videos.
Apps & Games – Background music for mobile apps, indie games, or interactive media.
3. Restrictions
Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the music.
Claiming ownership or registering the music with YouTube Content ID, Spotify, Apple Music, etc.
Using the music in illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
4. Ownership & Copyright
Madlody retains full ownership and copyright of the licensed music. This license does not grant ownership rights to the Licensee, only the right to use the music as specified.
5. Liability & Indemnification
Madlody is not liable for any damages or legal issues arising from the Licensee’s misuse of the music. The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Madlody from any claims related to their use of the licensed music.
6. Termination
Madlody reserves the right to terminate this license if the Licensee violates any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must remove the licensed music from all projects and platforms.
